Want to be you.

What is arrogance? Or showing off? Is it that the people are proud of something they've achieved, or something they've become? There is this negative meaning with these phrases, but should we in fact be admiring these arrogant showoffs? For they are obviously proud of something about themselves...Or is it an insecurity in the person that gives them the need to shout what it is they like about themselves or at least what they think is liked by others?

Are the things people say said with the intention of a perceived reaction? How can you tell whether they are regurgitating what they've heard before and they are only trying to align themselves with an "image". See thats the thing, can you get so caught up in this particular image that you don't even realise you've got your self caught up in it, and then suddenly at some point think wait, who the fuck am I. Things people say make you think, the way people look at you make you consider; should I change myself? I hate this. For whatever reason, people say things because they think it makes them some thing or will make them come across in this intended way. But it's stupid.

Be your own image. Think what you want to think, but whatever you do, don't think your way of thinking is the only way of thinking. And don't cut yourself off from hearing people and knowing people.

Like people. Don't like people. You don't have to be obvious about either feelings. Only be a bitch if it's necessary, but do be it then.

People need to hear things, but there's some things people don't need to hear. Life's a contradiction. And it's pretty fucked, but at the same time it's not. People will make you doubt yourself, and you will want to change. You will hear over and over the words that people have said to you playing in your head, but eventually they'll go, because you'll forget them. You'll learn more, hear more, see more and know more.
